We believe in intuition-driven design, inspired by the shape and flow of botanicals in their natural form.
We believe in sustainable floral design, working with local flower growers to bring the best quality Australian-grown flowers and foliages to your event. We also strive to cut out single-use plastics wherever possible and make mindful choices to reduce waste and our impact on the environment.

Meet Saint Fleur founder
Bethan Lacoba
Beth is a creative floral and interior designer. She is passionate about unique design and styling beautiful, floral-filled events and photo shoots for her clients. Beth began her career in book and magazine publishing, but took a turn into the world of events when she trained in floristry over a decade ago. She’s a stickler for quality (not a bruised petal escapes her detailed eye), and she’s helpful and welcoming to all who seek her out.
Beth originally established her first business, Blooms by Bethan, in 2009. When that business grew beyond its original boutique-sized capacity, she rebranded as Saint Fleur in 2019 to encapsulate the growth she and her team had made, and to move toward a more sustainable focus.
